Saltwater Experience RYA Instructors School, South Coast

Brief:

Signatures was invited to help establish an effective marketing campaign for a new RYA Motor-Boat Training school based in Christchurch which serviced demand along the South Coats from Poole to Southampton.

Only three little hurdles to overcome. The target client base was national. The existing competition was established and they were good at what they did. We had a shoe-string promotional budget to work with. Sound familiar?

We worked outside the box on this project to achieve the desired goal of establishing a viable and profitable business. It took one and half summer seasons to do it, with some pretty hairy rides along the way. What more can a client ask for?
